HR Business Partner (Part Time) |£37,280 (FTE) | 18.5 hrs per week
Kirkby In Ashfield |1 full day 8am-4pm and 2 shorter days 8am – 3:30pm (Friday is mandatory for HR meeting)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a supportive and forward-thinking team. This role will see you partner with a cluster of businesses, delivering a first-class HR service and providing trusted advice on a wide range of employment matters. You will act as a key point of contact for managers and staff, offering guidance on policy, employment law, and complex casework including absence, disciplinary and grievance processes. What we’re looking for:

  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Practice (or equivalent)
  • Have up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Bring proven experience of complex case management
  • Demonstrate strong recruitment experience and excellent customer service within HR
  • Be confident, professional, and able to build positive working relationships across multiple sites
