Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Barry & Caerphilly twin-location branches on a 17.5 hour per week rota. The role covers in-branch and phone support, helping customers with transactions, technology, and fraud awareness, and travel between sites is required.

We offer a starting salary of £25,000 pro‑rated, a £500 flexible benefit allowance, and an 8% discretionary bonus. Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare, staff discounts, and career development

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face to face or telephony).

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products.
• Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
