Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Middlesbrough branch. This 28-hour-per-week role on a 12-month fixed term contract involves handling in-branch and phone interactions, assisting with transactions, and helping customers navigate our services.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team in a busy, multi-skilled environment. The role emphasizes listening, problem solving, and ongoing learning about Santander products, with opportunities to contribute to service

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face-to-face or telephony background.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs.
• Right to work in the UK to commence employment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
