Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Worksop & Retford Twinned Site. You will handle in-branch and phone enquiries, assist with transactions, support customers with technology, and protect them from fraud—all while delivering outstanding service in a multi-site, rotating schedule.

You’ll join a multi-skilled team with strong support and a focus on continuous improvement to enhance the customer journey.
