Job summary

Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor at Newtown Branch to deliver outstanding service in a busy retail banking environment. You’ll assist customers with transactions, support technology use in the banking hall, and answer calls from our contact centre.

You’ll work a 35-hour week on a rotating schedule (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm). The package includes £25,000 base salary, a £500 flexible benefit allowance, a discretionary 8% bonus, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, pension
