Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is hiring a part-time Customer Services Advisor in the United Kingdom. The role is 15 hours per week, any 2 in 6 days, Monday to Saturday, 08:30–17:00, taking customer orders by phone or online and making outbound courtesy calls to elderly customers.

You will be empathetic, patient and friendly, with good IT skills to log orders and assist drivers. The role offers a supportive team, a Living Wage employer and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of a customer service role.
• Confident using a PC to manage and process orders.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Able to pay attention to detail and be accurate in your work.
• Numerate and good written English; GCSE Maths & English standard or equivalent.
• Able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Taking telephone and internet orders and making outbound calls to customers and prospects.
• Support drivers with route planning for the next day’s delivery rounds.
• Ensure customers receive exemplary service on every call or contact.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives as required.
• Ensure customers know how to cook, store and reorder meals as necessary.
• Prepare promotional literature and communicate details of new products or promotions to customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Share best practices with colleagues to improve service proposition.
• Promote the WFF product range and benefits to customers.
