Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of apetito group, is seeking a Customer Services Advisor working 20 hours per week across 5 in 6 days. You will take phone or online orders from elderly customers, make outbound courtesy calls, and support drivers with delivery routing.

Formación

• Essential: experience in a customer service role.
• Confident using a PC to manage and process orders.
• Good written English and numeracy; meets basic maths/English standards.
• Able to work to deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Take telephone and internet orders and make outbound courtesy calls.
• Support drivers with route planning for delivery rounds.
• Provide exemplary service on every call or contact.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives as required.
• Promote products, inform customers of new offers and promotions.
• Identify new business opportunities and share best practices.
