Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a part-time Customer Services Advisor working 15 hours per week (any 2 in 6 days, including bank holidays) to take orders by phone or online and perform outbound calls to customers and prospects.

Role involves assisting elderly customers who often rely on the phone for contact and guidance. You will support deliveries, update records, and promote our ready meals while delivering exemplary service with warmth and empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient PC skills to manage and process orders.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Numerate with good written English (GCSE level or equivalent).
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take telephone and internet orders and make outbound calls.
• Support drivers with route planning for next day deliveries.
• Ensure each customer receives exemplary service on every contact.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives as required.
• Help customers with cooking, storage and re-order guidance.
• Prepare promotional literature and communicate product promotions to customers.
• Search for and develop new business opportunities.
• Share best practices with colleagues to improve service proposition.
• Promote the benefits of WFF healthy meals to customers.
