Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is recruiting for a 16-hour-per-week role handling delivery, coldstore order picking and office-based customer service. You will deliver frozen meals, process orders, and provide telephone and administrative support to elderly and vulnerable customers, ensuring high service standards.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong customer service experience, and the ability to work across office, coldstore, and delivery shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles (face-to-face or telephone).
• Full UK manual driving licence, held for at least 2 years.
• Computer literate, including phone apps and PC systems.
• Confident telephone manner with clear communication.
• Accuracy, numeracy and good written English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers on multi-drop routes, courteously and on time.
• Undertake pre-shift vehicle checks and keep the van roadworthy.
• Take orders via phone/internet; process payments and manage re-orders.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives or carers.
