Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is hiring a Customer Services Advisor on a 30 hours per week, 4 in 6 days schedule on a 3-month fixed term contract. You will take orders by phone or online, with outbound courtesy calls to customers who may live alone, providing empathetic and accurate service.

Essential: customer service experience, PC and telephone proficiency, accuracy, numeracy and clear written English; desirable: UK driving licence and elderly care experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Confident using a PC to manage and process orders.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Able to pay attention to detail and be accurate.
• Numerate and able to write clearly in English.
• Able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Taking telephone and internet orders and making outbound calls to customers and prospects.
• Support drivers with route planning for next day deliveries.
• Provide exemplary service on every interaction.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives as required.
• Ensure customers know how to cook, store and re-order meals.
• Prepare promotional literature and communicate new products or promotions.
• Identify new business opportunities and share best practices with team.
