Join our Broadband Technical Team in Birchwood, near Warrington. You’ll be talking over the phone to customers with broadband tech-related queries. You could be helping with simple router questions or handling more complex issues, supporting customers throughout.

No specific experience required. If you're naturally helpful, calm, and good at building relationships, we can train you on the rest.

This role offers flexibility, including scheduling your own breaks, banking time, and occasional home working, to support your personal life and emergencies.
