Join our Broadband Technical Team in Birchwood, near Warrington. You’ll be speaking with customers over the phone about broadband tech-related queries. Whether helping with simple router questions or more complex issues, you'll support customers throughout their experience.

No specific experience is required. If you're naturally helpful, calm, and able to build relationships, we can train you on the rest.

This role is designed with flexibility in mind, supporting your work-life balance by allowing you to schedule breaks, bank time, and occasionally work from home.
