Part Time Permanent Role. We can offer 20hrs or 25hrs over 3 or 4 days.

Join our Broadband Technical Team in Birchwood, near Warrington. You’ll be speaking over the phone to customers with broadband tech-related queries. Whether helping with simple router questions or more complex issues, you'll support the customer throughout.

No specific experience is required. If you’re naturally helpful, calm, and able to build relationships, we can train you on the rest.
