Join our Broadband Technical Team in Birchwood, near Warrington. You’ll be talking over the phone to customers with broadband tech-related queries. You could be helping someone with a simple router question or something more complex—you’ll support the customer throughout.

No specific experience is necessary. If you’re naturally helpful, calm, and good at building relationships, we can train you on the rest.
