Join our Broadband Technical Team in Birchwood, near Warrington. You’ll be talking over the phone to customers with broadband tech-related queries. You could be helping with simple router questions or more complex issues, supporting the customer throughout.

No specific experience needed. If you’re helpful, calm, and good at building relationships – we can train you on the rest.
