Job summary

Each visit is scheduled for a minimum of one hour to ensure you have time to build a great relationship and meet outcomes for your clients. We have permanent, part time Care Assistant opportunities throughout Lanarkshire including Hamilton, Motherwell, Bellshill, Bothwell, Uddingston, Strathaven, Rutherglen and Cambuslang. Please speak to us about your availability to allow us to build a schedule of care to fit round your other commitments. We can offer Guaranteed hours contracts dependent on your availability. You will provide services for our clients based on their needs – companionship, home help, meal preparation, shopping and personal care.

• Full UK Driving License & access to your own vehicle is essential for this role
• We have work across Lanarkshire including in Hamilton, Bothwell, Motherwell, Strathaven, Cambuslang and surrounding areas
• Mileage is paid at 30p per mile.
• Great opportunity to earn extra income through overtime and our Carer referral scheme – up to £500 per referral!
• Welcome Bonus of up to £600 – Pro-rata. Terms and conditions apply.
• Opportunity to earn bonus in time for Christmas
• Your schedule will usually include working one weekend in two with every second weekend off.
• Care experience is NOT necessary but is beneficial
