Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join the Plymouth Branch on a part-time basis. You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling in-branch and phone interactions, processing routine transactions, and resolving issues with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs (Required)

• Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work (Preferred)
