Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Southport Branch. This role covers in-branch and telephony support, handling day-to-day transactions and customer queries with a multi-skilled approach.

You’ll join a close-knit team and help ensure a smooth customer journey while learning our products and services. You will contribute to exceptional service, use technology to assist customers, and adapt to varying tasks during a rotating schedule across mornings and weekends.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either in person or telephony background.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
• Desire to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
