Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Horley, Surrey branch. This part-time role (24 hours weekly) covers in-branch, phone, and online support, helping customers with everyday transactions and guiding them to suitable banking services.

You’ll be part of a busy team in a local community setting. No banking experience is required, but enthusiasm for customer service and strong digital skills will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; banking experience not required.
• Strong communication, empathy and people skills.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries with security and fairness.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that fit their needs.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service at peak times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
• Keep face-to-face banking meaningful and accessible on the high street.
