Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Parkstone, Dorset branch. This permanent, part-time role (21 hours/week) involves helping customers in person, over the phone and online, handling everyday transactions and queries with care and clarity.

You will support customers with banking services, digital tools, and provide a consistently high level of service; the branch operates with Tuesday closure and a focus on face-to-face and phone support.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, accurate service to customers.
• Ability to explain banking products clearly and simply.
• Comfort with using branch tech and digital tools to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to provide trusted help with banking.
• Process transactions accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
