Job summary

Nationwide is looking for Customer Representatives to support customers in branch, over the phone and online from the Deal, Kent area. You will handle a range of everyday banking transactions, provide trusted guidance, and help customers navigate digital tools while delivering exceptional service across channels.

This multi-skilled branch role offers flexible hours (full or part-time, 21–35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday).

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using digital banking tools and branch systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
• Handle transactions and queries accurately with security in mind.
• Guide customers to banking products and services that fit their needs.
• Work with colleagues to deliver excellent service at peak times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
• Keep banking face-to-face experiences meaningful and accessible on the high street.
