Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join the Guildford branch. This 21-hour-per-week role operates on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm.

You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, helping with transactions, technology use in-branch, and calls from the contact centre, while protecting customers against fraud and scams. You’ll work in a supportive, close-knit team and be flexible across a range of activities, contributing to a multi-skilled environment and ongoing
