Nationwide Group is seeking a Customer Representative in Rugeley to support customers in branch, over the phone and online. You will handle everyday banking transactions, answer queries and guide customers to appropriate banking services, using a customer-first approach.

The role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, full-time (35 hours/week) Monday to Saturday, with a 45-minute commute requirement. Training is provided to set you up for success in your role.

Qualifications

• No banking experience required; passion for helping customers
• Ability to handle a range of transactions with accuracy
• Comfort with in-branch and digital customer interactions

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs
• Handle transactions and queries with accuracy, prioritising security and fairness
• Guide customers to banking products and services suitable for their needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service during peak times
• Follow processes and escalate issues as needed to protect customers and Nationwide
