Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative to join our branch team in the Epsom area. You will assist customers in person, over the phone, and online, helping with everyday transactions and guiding them to digital tools that simplify money management.

You’ll be part of a local branch network—open and accessible across communities on the high street. Training begins on onboarding, with a 35-hour week, and you’ll engage in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or passion for customer service is beneficial.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Comfortable using technology and digital services.
• Strong communication and empathy.

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs, offering friendly help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that suit their needs to help manage their money confidently.
• Work with colleagues in a busy branch to deliver excellent customer service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes, spot potential issues, and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
• Keep face-to-face banking meaningful and accessible on the high street, with respectful handling of customer needs.
