The Role: Client Services Administrative Assistant

This is a key support role within the Client Services department, assisting the Client Success Managers with a range of administrative and data-related tasks that contribute to the high-quality service the business delivers.

This position offers variety, responsibility and the chance to develop your skills in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exporting data and producing reports from internal systems
  • Creating graphs, charts and trend analysis in Excel
  • Preparing client review documents using a standard PowerPoint template
  • Uploading and updating client documentation
  • Maintaining meeting agendas and minutes
  • Ensuring internal tracking systems are kept accurate and up to date
  • Booking travel and accommodation for colleagues
  • Managing client collateral, including stock checks and ordering
  • Handling general client queries promptly and professionally
  • Completing ad‑hoc administrative tasks to support the Client Services team
