A recruitment agency is seeking a Part Time Accounts Coordinator to join a small team in Fleet. The role involves raising and processing invoices using QuickBooks, along with generating reports and liaising with customers. Part Time Accounts Coordinator – Fleet – Permanent. 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary: 18,240 - 20,270.

Our client, based in Fleet, has a wonderful opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Coordinator to join their small and friendly team on a permanent basis. This role requires working Monday to Friday, for 25 hours per week. We are looking for positive applicants who can demonstrate experience in roles requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Raising customer invoices and statements using QuickBooks accounting software
  • Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and employee expense claims using QuickBooks accounting software
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding invoices and outstanding payments
  • Generating reports from QuickBooks and providing insights to management as needed
Requirements
