Qualifications

• Need to hold AAT Level 2 or higher certification or be qualified by experience.
• Accounts package or ERP systems experience required.
• Must be process-driven with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders and Invoices.
• Handle Supplier Invoicing outside the Purchase Order system.
• Challenge Price Variances on Invoices.
• Allocate Payment dates for suppliers.
• Reconcile Supplier Statements with Accounts software.
• Chase outstanding customer invoices.
• Answer invoice and account queries.
• Deal with Purchase and Sales invoice queries.
