Job summary

A well-established organisation in the South East is seeking a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join their team. This role involves producing management accounts, managing the fixed asset register, and preparing VAT returns. The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified with experience in multi-currency ledgers and excellent communication skills. Competitive salary range is up to £38,000 - £45,000.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production of management accounts.
  • Skilled in month-end processes including reconciliations and VAT returns.
  • Ability to manage cash and perform bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Part Qualified Management Accountant South East Norwich

Up to £38,000 - £45,000

Keeler Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Part Qualified Management Accountant to join their management accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled accounts professional looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role
  • Production of Management Accounts (full P&L and Balance Sheet).
  • Posting of monthly journals including accruals and prepayments.
  • Month end process of intercompany reconciliations.
  • Completing quarterly recharge invoices, actively driving reduction in intercompany transactions.
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Management of fixed asset register.
  • Suggest improvements in control processes.
  • Preparation of VAT returns and payroll reconciliations.
  • Cash management, bank reconciliations and approval of purchase ledger and other ad-hoc payments.
  • Assistance with the preparation of annual statutory accounts.
  • Ad hoc reporting and projects as required.

You will need to ideally have prior experience on multi-currency ledgers, excellent communications skills, proactive and able to multitask and work to deadlines.

Ideally you will be ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified and possess experience as detailed above.
