• Represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand as a retail artist and ambassador on the shop floor.
• Provide expert artistry skills combined with exceptional product knowledge to empower customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves.
• Create lasting emotional connections by sharing knowledge with each customer.
• Adapt your makeup style to meet the different needs of each customer.
• Deliver the company’s mission of empowering customers and contributing to the brand’s success.

Qualifications

• Ideally hold an NVQ‑3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• Experience applying makeup and adapting style to a variety of customers.
• Aspired to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen and continues to grow.
