We are looking for an experienced Parcel Hub Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation. You’ll manage your shift to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and achievement of performance targets across people, customer, performance, and financial metrics.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and motivate a large team, driving performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage shift activity, resources, and automation throughput efficiently.
  • Analyse KPIs and data to identify trends, solve problems, and deliver improvements.
  • Implement change initiatives and support Cross Dock and Rail operations.
  • Act as PIC when required and ensure all safety and operational standards are met.

Shift Pattern
  • Full-time, Monday to Saturday
  • AM, PM, and Night shifts with flexibility required for a 24-hour operation.
