DPD Group UK is seeking a customer service advisor to support both internal and external customers with parcel collection and delivery queries. You will work with Drivers and Managers to identify issues, take ownership, and resolve problems while promoting our products and services.

You will engage with customers, provide POD information, conduct investigations into missing parcels, and maintain professional communication at all times.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times with willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.
• High levels of self-motivation and initiative to problem solve.
