Job summary

DPDgroup in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer service associate to assist customers with parcel collection or delivery. You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, take ownership, and resolve deliveries efficiently.

You will handle delivery status inquiries, provide Proof of Delivery (POD), and conduct investigations into missing parcels to resolve disputes, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication with confident telephone manner.
