DPD Group UK is seeking a customer service advisor to assist both internal and external customers with delivery and collection queries. You will collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, proactively solve problems, and take ownership of resolutions.

You will handle delivery status inquiries, POD requests, missing parcel investigations, and disputes, while promoting DPD products and services to customers. The role emphasizes professionalism and teamwork.

• Strong communication skills with confident telephone manner.
• Polite, professional attitude and willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills, including Microsoft Office.
