Job summary

DPD Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer service advisor to assist both internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery queries, providing timely updates and Proof of Delivery. You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, take ownership, and resolve complaints, while promoting DP Group products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers with delivery collection issues and POD requests.
• Work with drivers, shift managers and operations managers to identify issues and resolve problems.
• Investigate missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Promote DP Group products and services to customers.
