Job summary

DPDgroup in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with parcel collection or delivery. You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, proactively problem solve and take ownership for resolving these issues.

You will focus on answering queries about delivery status and POD, and carrying out investigations for missing parcels and disputes, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.

• Experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times and willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills and ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.
• Self-motivation and initiative to solve problems.
