Job summary

DPDgroup in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with parcel collection or delivery. You will work with Drivers and Managers to identify issues, take ownership, and resolve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities include handling delivery status inquiries, providing POD, investigating missing parcels, resolving disputes, and promoting DP D products and services. This role requires strong communication and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times with a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’.
• Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
