DPD Group UK is hiring for a customer service role based in the UK. You will support both internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery, working alongside Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and resolve them.

Expect to handle delivery status queries, PODs, missing parcels investigations and promote company services. The role requires a proven customer service background, clear communication, and a proactive, professional approach.

• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Answer queries about delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Investigate missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Promote DPD products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to resolve issues.
