DPD Group UK is seeking a customer service Advisor to assist internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery queries. You will work with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, take ownership, and resolve problems promptly.

You will investigate missing parcels, provide PODs, answer delivery status questions and promote DPD products and services to customers. A professional, proactive communicator is essential.

Formación

• Experience working in a fast paced customer service environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Polite, professional and willing to exceed customer expectations.
