Job summary

DPDgroup in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery. You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and take ownership of resolving them.

Key duties include answering queries about delivery status and POD, investigating missing parcels, resolving disputes, and promoting DPD products and services to customers.

Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
Polite and professional at all times with willingness to go the extra mile.
Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.
Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and initiative to problem solve.

Responsibilities

Answer queries regarding delivery status and POD.
