DPD Group UK in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our busy, fast-paced team dedicated to delivering excellent service and keeping customers at the heart of what we do.

You will handle customer inquiries about delivery status, provide proof of delivery, investigate missing parcels, resolve disputes, and promote our products and services while collaborating with Drivers and Operations Managers.

Qualifications

• Proven and demonstrable experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times with willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.
• High levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries regarding delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Conduct thorough investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Promote company products and services to new and existing customers.
