DPD Group UK in Burgess Hill is seeking a customer service advisor to support internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery. You will collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, proactively resolve them and take ownership of enquiries.

Key duties include answering delivery status queries, providing Proof of Delivery, investigating missing parcels and promoting DPD products and services.
