DPD Group UK in Dartford is hiring a Customer Services Advisor to join our busy team. You will help internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery, work with Drivers and Shift Managers to resolve issues, and provide accurate delivery information and PODs.

We value clear communication, a proactive approach and a willingness to go the extra mile. The role is Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays, offering a competitive salary and benefits from day one.

Formación

• Proven and demonstrable experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times with willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer queries regarding delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Carry out investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Promote company products and services to new and existing customers.
