Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of experience practicing as a paramedic.
  • Experience in a primary care setting or Primary Care Network is required.
  • Knowledge of IT and clinical systems is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with undifferentiated conditions.
  • Undertake care home visits and refer patients as appropriate.
  • Participate in vaccination programs and deliver health education.

Education

Degree in paramedicine or equivalent
Registered paramedic with Health and Care Professionals Council
Independent prescribing qualification (or working towards)
