Overview

Office Angels are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a successful company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the legal field and a strong commitment to client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with case preparation, including drafting documents, conducting legal research, and organising case files.
  • Manage client communications, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other relevant authorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal. Open to those studying / qualified SQE or more junior Paralegals with experience within a firm.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
