Paralegal – Private Client Team (Belfast)

A respected Belfast law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing Private Client team, supporting solicitors with a range of matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney, and estate documents
2. Support solicitors in the administration of estates and trusts
3. Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals
4. Maintain accurate case files and assist with client onboarding

About You:

1. A law degree and minimum 6 months experience as a Paralegal (Legal Professional, Legal Executive).
2. Experience working with Wills, Trusts, and Estates is required.
3. Previous experience with Trusts, Office of Care and Protection (OCP), Controllership cases, and registration of EPAs is a strong advantage.
4. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
5. Compassionate and professional approach to client care.
