A leading law firm in the South West is looking for a Paralegal/Legal Executive to join their Residential Property team in Exeter. The ideal candidate will support the New Homes team and ensure efficient and effective management of plot purchases. Previous experience in residential conveyancing and strong organisational skills are essential. This role offers flexible working arrangements and a supportive team environment.
Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal/Legal Executive to join our Residential Property team in our Exeter office. In this role you will support the New Homes team acting for buyers of new build properties. This will include:
The Residential Property Team are the leading property team in the South West and the New Homes Team are recommended by many large developers to their buyers. The team are renowned for offering the very best client service, with many clients returning to the team for subsequent property purchases, they set themselves apart by offering a personal approach to help clients at every stage of the conveyancing process. The team are always on hand to give our clients practical advice and aim to ensure that the process is as stress free as possible; we put our clients needs at the heart of what we do.
