Qualifications

Family Paralegal – Leeds Office

We are seeking a permanent full-time Family Paralegal for our busy Leeds office to join our expanding team.

Profile
  • Embarking on or have completed either the LPC or BPTC and undertaken the family law elective Private Law Children
  • Able aim to demonstrate an interest in Family law
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
  • The highest level of client care in the management of client matters
  • Support to Fee Earners
  • Relationships with internal and external parties
  • Files are managed effectively creating letters or documents on the case management system
  • Clients and taking notes
  • Public funding applications
  • Redacting large documents for Court bundles where necessary
  • With the local authorities Police and medical professionals to request/receive documents. Liaising with Courts and experts
