A housing association in Scotland is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join their Trades team. The successful candidate will excel in delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across various properties. We're looking for an experienced, motivated Painter and Decorator with a passion for customer service to join our Trades team.
Salary: £30,818 - £33,997 per year
Location: Scottish Borders
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with occasional stand‑by hours
Contract: Permanent

The successful candidate will deliver excellent painting and decorating work across our varied housing stock, carrying out repairs, maintenance, cyclical works, and planned upgrades. You will work both independently and as part of a supportive team, adhering to health and safety standards, working efficiently to agreed timescales, and always focusing on delivering a high‑quality service to our Tenants.
