Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a Paint Technician or similar role is ideal.
• Skilled in water‑based and 2K spray finishes, sanding, and polishing techniques.
• Knowledge of LAPPC, HAV, DSEAR, and COSHH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve surface finishing quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with robotics engineers for paint application processes.
• Lead finishing activities for new product introductions.
