We are seeking a skilled and experienced Car Paint Sprayer to join our Accident Repair Centre team. As a Car Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for repairing and painting vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing vehicles for painting by cleaning and masking areas not to be painted
  • Mixing and matching paint to vehicle manufacturer's specifications
  • Applying paint to vehicles in accordance with quality standards
  • Ensuring the paint finish is smooth and meets customer expectations
  • Identifying and repairing paint defects
  • Keeping work area clean and tidy
  • Maintaining equipment and tools
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Car Paint Sprayer in an Accident Repair Centre or similar environment
  • Knowledge of automotive paint mixing and application techniques
  • Ability to match paint colours to vehicle manufacturer's specifications
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience with paint spraying equipment and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • A valid driving licence
